Why I am not getting emails from you?

We’ve all missed an important email because it’s landed in our junk folder before.

To avoid missing emails from us, add Chatrecruit to your safe senders list.

Here’s how to add us to safe senders on . . .

Outlook

  1. Select Junk from the Home tab.
  2. Click Junk E-mail Options, then select the Safe Sender tab.
  3. Hit Add and enter our email address (support@chatrecruit.com) in the box provided.

Gmail

  1. Hit the cog icon in the top corner.
  2. Click See all settings, then select the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  3. Select the Create a New Filter option and enter our email address (support@chatrecruit.com) in the From box.
  4. Press Create Filter and then tick the Never send it to Spam box.
  5. Finally, click Create Filter again to save this change.
